This holiday season, Yuletide Village is coming to Waynesville! Known for its famous Renaissance Festival, it’s a must-add to your holiday bucket list. Whether you are looking for Santa, entertainment, food and drink, festive shows, sparkling lights, or unique gifts, you’ll find it all at the Yuletide Village.
Santa’s Workshop
Step into a winter wonderland within Yuletide Village. Santa’s workshop will not disappoint you. As soon as you enter, the air is filled with the scent of sweet gingerbread and the noise of jingling bells. In Santa’s cozy cottage, you have the chance to meet Mrs. Claus and listen to her warm and cheery stories.
Krampus’ Domain
Step into the shadows of the Yuletide village and come face to face with Krampus. In a dark and thrilling experience, you can meet Krampus along with the Bad Boys of Yule. Made up of the Rat King, the Vikings, and the Ghost of Christmas Spirit, the Bad Boys can be found within the winding alleys of Yuletide.
Entertainment
There’s plenty to do in Yuletide. Walk past the river of lights or through Gum Drop Alley. Enjoy the live Christmas music, charming storytellers spreading all the holiday tales, and worthwhile performances put on by costumed characters. Yuletide village is not short on activities. You can even take a tour through the village. Enjoy the Cocoa and Cookies walking tour, where you can learn all about Christmas characters from around the world. If you want to take a break from walking, try out the Yuletide Express, a train that takes you on a ride through Yuletide Village. After the festivities, take a break and warm up in your own private igloo. Reserve your own private igloo and get the full experience in a warm, relaxing environment.
Marketplace
With over 50 shops, you are sure to find the perfect gifts for family and friends. These unique shops offer handcrafted and artisan items. You’ll find toys, jewelry, clothing, accessories, home decor, and more at the Yuletide Market.

There is no shortage of food and drink options within the village. With many vendors and options, there is something for everyone, including those picky eaters. The Yuletide Village is open from November 28 through December 20.
The village will be open on Fridays from 5-9 pm and on Saturdays from 3-9 pm.
