Ohio corn mazes give us one more reason to head to the farm this September and October. Pumpkins are ready for picking, cider is flowing, and somewhere in the middle of a cornfield, someone is convinced they know the way out.
They probably don’t.

That’s half the fun. This fall, Weekend Vibes is turning a trip to the pumpkin patch into a corn maze challenge. Gather your family or friends, choose your maze, and see how good your sense of direction really is.
Some are made for families, while others are better after dark. A few may even be worth crossing the state line.
So, which challenge are you taking?
🌽 The Big Challenge: Tom’s Maze | Germantown, Ohio
If your group takes corn mazes seriously, Tom’s Maze gives you eight acres to figure out. This isn’t just about following a path through the corn. There’s a puzzle to solve along the way before you escape.
Tom’s Maze celebrates its 29th season in 2026 and is open September 11 through November 1/ Friday and Saturday hours run until 10 p.m., so you can even test those navigation skills after dark.
Before entering, make your predictions. Who will lead the way? Who will insist they know exactly where they’re going? And who will be the first to admit you’re completely lost?
👨👩👧 The Family Pick: Weller Farms | Oakwood, Ohio
Bringing younger maze runners? Weller Farms makes it easy to divide and conquer.
The farm has two corn mazes for 2026. The nine-acre maze gives adults, teens, and families a bigger challenge, while a three-acre version is designed for younger explorers. Admission also includes the farm’s other activities.
Let the kids take the lead in the smaller maze. You may be surprised who has the best sense of direction.

🔦 The After-Dark Challenge: Brasee’s Corn Maze | Wellington, Ohio
A corn maze is one thing. A corn maze after sunset is another.
Now celebrating its 23rd season, Brasee’s Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch has become a fall tradition in Wellington. And if finding your way through the corn during the day sounds too easy, wait until the sun goes down. On Friday and Saturday nights, the maze stays open until 10 p.m.
Bring a flashlight (required for after dusk) and choose your maze partners carefully. That friend who jumps every time the corn rustles? Definitely invite them.
🎃 The Full Fall Day: McPeek’s Mighty Maze | Coshocton, Ohio
If you want more than a trip through the corn, head to Coshocton.
McPeek’s Mighty Maze combines its giant corn maze with wagon rides, pumpkins, games, food, and other activities. The 2026 maze celebrates America 250-Ohio and includes an interactive scavenger hunt featuring Ohio agricultural trivia.
Want to make a weekend of it? The maze is located at Coshocton KOA Holiday, where you can stay in an RV, tent, or cabin. Campers even receive free maze admission.
The maze is open Saturdays October 10, 17, 24, and 31 from 1 to 9 p.m.

😱 The Haunted Pick: The Haunted Farm | Pleasantville, Ohio
Maybe simply getting lost isn’t enough.
The Haunted Farm in Fairfield County adds scares to the challenge with its Haunted Barn and Corn Maze. The attraction opens September 25 for the 2026 season, with Friday and Saturday nights running from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m.
This one isn’t about pumpkins and hayrides. It’s for the group that thinks finding the exit is more fun when something might be waiting around the next turn.
Who in your group is going first?
🚗 The Road-Trip Pick: Hite Farms Corn Maze | Patton, Pennsylvania
Weekend Vibes doesn’t stop at the Ohio line, so we’re sending this challenge east into Pennsylvania.
Hite Farms Corn Maze in Patton is open Saturdays and Sundays from September 19 through October 25. Admission includes the corn maze, wagon ride, barnyard animals, corn box, and other activities.
If you’re ready to take your corn maze challenge beyond Ohio, this one gives you a reason to cross the state line. Pair it with a drive through Pennsylvania’s fall countryside and make the maze part of a full day on the road.
🌽 Ready for and Ohio Corn Maze Showdown?
Now it’s your turn to get lost in a corn maze.
Are you choosing the eight-acre puzzle at Tom’s Maze? Taking the kids to Weller Farms? Waiting until dark at Brasee’s? Making a weekend out of McPeek’s? Testing your nerves at The Haunted Farm? Or crossing into Pennsylvania for Hite Farms?
Pick your maze, start the timer, and keep track of who gets everyone hopelessly turned around. After all, this is one Weekend Vibes adventure where getting lost is part of the plan.
