Bean Salad

This delicious recipe has been provided by our friends at Walnut Creek Foods.


  • 2 15 oz. Cans Cannellini, Navy, Northern White Beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ Cup Red or Green Bell Pepper, diced
  • ½ Cup Tomatoes, diced or Grape Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ Cup Red Onion, chopped
  • ½ Cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste


  1. In medium-sized bowl, combine all salad and dressing ingredients.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Chill before serving.
