This week’s Compass Cuisine features a great recipe for Oreo Dessert from Walnut Creek Foods that’ll leave your mouth watering!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg. Oreo Cookies, crushed
- 1 ½ Cups Cold Milk
- 1 qt. Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
- 1/3 Cups Butter, melted
- 2 Boxes Butterscotch Instant Pudding
- 1 qt. Cool Whip
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Oreo cookies with butter.
- Reserve 1/4 c. of the crumbs.
- Put remaining crumbs into a 9 x 13 pan and pat down firmly.
- Beat pudding and milk together.
- Add ice cream and mix well.
- Pour over crumbs in pan.
- Spread Cool Whip over the top.
- Top with the reserved crumbs.
- Let set in the refrigerator for 24 hours or overnight.
