Ingredients

Salad

  • 7 cups of Lettuce (5 cups romaine, 2 cups iceberg), shredded or cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup Sweet Lebanon Bologna, cut in small cubes
  • 1 cup Pepperoni, thinly sliced and cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup Oven-Roasted Turkey, thinly sliced and cut in small pieces
  • 1 cup Provolone, in medium slices and cut in cubes
  • ½ cup Cheddar, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Dill Pickles, chopped

Dressing

  • ½ cup Italian Dressing
  • ¼ – ½ cup plain Greek Yogurt, depending on desired consistency
  • 2 TB Mayonnasie
  • 2 TB Pickle Juice
  • 3 TB Parmesan Cheese
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  • Layer all ingredients in a large plastic container with a lid.
  • Combine dressing ingredients and mix with salad.
