59th Annual Hocking Hills Winter Hike
Enjoy winter’s splendor on this 6-mile trek from Old Man’s Cave to Ash Cave. Layered clothing and good footwear recommended. Continuous starts from 9-11a.m. Logan Kiwanis Club famous bean soup and cornbread muffins are served at Cedar Falls (donations appreciated). A shuttle bus returns hikers to Old Man’s Cave parking area.

8th Annual Logan Frozen Festival
Get into the holiday spirit at the **Downtown Logan Frozen Festival**, where the streets come alive with shimmering ice sculptures, live music, and festive cheer. Held in the heart of Logan, this event showcases the artistry of talented ice carvers who create stunning sculptures that sparkle under winter lights.

2025 Logan Theater Snow Ball
Join us for an exquisite evening at the 2025 Snow Ball! Savor a delicious dinner catered by Logan’s own Chef Moe. (Appetizers and salad bar followed by sliced beef roast or grilled marinated chicken served with parsley buttered red skin potatoes and fresh green beans, and bread & butter. Tea, water, and coffee are included with dinner. Beer, wine, and specialty cocktails are available at cash bar.

Winterfest
Each year, the festival begins at dawn featuring the live Benny the Bass who will either take the bait or not, predicting the coming of Spring, much like Groundhog Day. After music and fireworks at the kickoff to the event, festival-goers are encouraged to travel around the lake to experience good food, drinks, music, views, art shows, children’s story time featuring Benny the Bass, the Winterfest

January Elegant Dinner Train
Join us on Jan. 25 at 6 p.m. for a 3-hour round trip excursion through historic Southeast Ohio back-country from Nelsonville to East Logan and return. Tickets are $95. Chef Alfonso Contrisciani will prepare a four-course dinner in-route that is served throughout the trip. This is a unique and memorable experience. Parties with separate reservations that want to sit together may do so.

Bluegrass Concert at Pennyroyal Opera House-Junior Sisk / New Mountain Heritage
Junior Sisk is a highly acclaimed bluegrass vocalist, known for preserving traditional bluegrass. A Virginia Blue Ridge native, he was influenced by his father’s songwriting and guitar playing, and his mother’s singing. Starting around age 14, Sisk was influenced by artists like The Stanley Brothers, Larry Sparks, and Dave Evans.The kitchen opens at 5:00pm and the show starts at 7:00pm.

Winter Wildlife Hike
Bundle up and prepare for a winter exploration with an avid tracker enthusiast Joe Brehm. On this guided hike we will look at animal tracks, scat and other signs they leave behind, and learn how to identify which animal left them. The Coshocton Friends of the Parks are happy to present the “Friends of the Parks Half Marathon, 10K, 5K Race.” The race course is paved and features a few gentle slopes. It will showcase Coshocton’s Lake Park Complex bike trail as well as some running on the city streets of Coshocton. This race is powered by Coshocton Regional Medical Center.
