Meadville’s spookiest street party returns October 10, 2026
Grab your broom and dust off your pointy hat. Downtown Meadville is about to spread a little magic.
Every fall, Downtown Meadville comes alive along Chestnut Street, Market Street, and parts of Park Avenue when the Witch Walk gets underway. It’s part costume party, part street fair, and part small-town magic. For one night, this quaint corner of Crawford County turns into a place where witches, warlocks, and curious people wander the same sidewalks.

Just what is the Witch Walk?
Think of it as Meadville’s love letter to fall. Local shops stay open late and deck out their windows. Vendors set up booths along the street for the Mystic Market. Music and live entertainment drift through the downtown corridor.
Since the first year in 2023, this event has taken the community by storm, or broom. The Witch Walk has sold out of its limited 300 tickets since the beginning and shows no signs of stopping yet. It continues to be one of the most anticipated nights on the Meadville calendar. It’s also a fundraiser, and every ticket sold helps Experience Meadville support the businesses in getting new folks through the doors and continuing to offer fun events throughout the year.
When and Where to Catch the Magic
Mark your calendar for October 10, 2026. The event runs through downtown Meadville, on and around Chestnut Street, from 4 to 8 p.m. More details can be found at https://www.facebook.com/share/1PqSgRst78/. Bring a friend, your kids, and your best cackle.
