1 1/2 cups fat free Greek yogurt
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
ground pepper, to taste
1 – 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
2 cups 1% low fat buttermilk
Directions:
In a small bowl or large measuring cup, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Stir in the white balsamic vinegar and then buttermilk. Refrigerate for at least one hour for a bolder flavor. For a thicker dressing, do not use the full amount of buttermilk.
