Cut into large, bite-sized pieces any of the following:
Red, Green or Yellow Peppers
Preheat oven to 350 °. Spray baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Lay vegetables on baking sheet. Lightly spray olive oil cooking spray over top of vegetables. Sprinkle favorite seasoning(s) over vegetables (examples: marjoram, oregano, basil, garlic, lemon pepper, thyme, rosemary).
Bake for 10 minutes for softer vegetables or 15 – 20 minutes for firmer vegetables.
