Visit the 19th Season of Dickens Victorian Village

A holiday exhibit of a Dickens character outside a courthouse for the Dickens Victorian Village

Explore the charm of Olde England during Dickens Victorian Village in Cambridge, Ohio from November 1, 2024 to January 1, 2025 when the historic downtown is transformed with scenes from the time of Charles Dickens whose book “A Christmas Carol” was the idea behind its creation.

Stop by Dickens Welcome Center to learn more about the local creation of these scenes and visit with costumed staff who will share the history of Dickens Victorian Village with you. While there, visit the Imagination Station and dress yourself and your family with the help of staff in Victorian dress for a family photo. Don’t forget to buy a special memory of your visit.

Enjoy weekends with a horsedrawn carriage ride in a newly restored carriage and listen to the clip-clop of the horses’ hooves while enjoying this Victorian scene.

End your evening at the fantastic Holiday Light Show at the Guernsey County Courthouse. Over 85,000 lights are synchronized to music with four different categories of songs-–traditional, children’s, classical, and religious. Watch from your vehicle or sit on benches on the courthouse lawn for this continuous show from 5:30 – 9 pm each evening and until 11 pm on holidays.

Special events take every weekend. Check out the calendar of events on the Dickens website at www.DickensVictorianVillage.com. You’ll find many exciting activities for the whole family.

Catch the spirit of Christmas with your family at Dickens Victorian Village.
