3 cups nonfat, dry powdered milk
1 cup granular sugar substitute
½ cup baking cocoa
1 small package sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
Combine and mix all ingredients. Store in an airtight container.
Place ¼ cup hot chocolate mix in mug. Add 1 cup of cold water and stir until dissolved; heat in microwave or in pan on the stove until desired temperature.
(Hint: the cold water helps the mixture dissolve easier due to the instant pudding.)
